Oct 7

breakfast 1 lg cup coffee, 1 lg cup of water
Lunch - 44 ounce diet coke, bacon cheeseburger and fries from DQ, mini blizzard - mint cookie
snack - 6 powder doughnuts, 1 bottle apple juice, banana
1 diet coke
dinner -12 chicken nuggets, with ranch dressing, peach

water

Walked with Bobby around the neighborhood.  Used my pedometer.  from my driveway to 6 back around to the gravel road and back to house is 1.24 miles.  I had to stop a couple of times to catch my breath.
after walking I am winded, I have a headache, and am so very sleepy.

Spent the day running errands.  I don't feel very good tonight, have been really tired all day long.  I hate days that I spend in the van, it really takes it out of me.  I also find it is harder to make wise eating choices.  like the powdered doughnuts - I was munchy and at a gas station.  Lunch I was just hungry.
Dinner I waited too late to eat and just ate out of the freezer at home.
  I don't feel the need to eat because I am bored or anxious or anything.  In fact I am starting to realize that I am not really hungry but munchy or just distracted or killing time.   It is a learning process.  I have a long way to go.  But one day at a time.  That is all I can ask for.

med change I am out of celexa, waiting on doc approval to refill.

  1. Breakfast dear! Something with protein would be best but even carbs would be better than nothing. Carbs will make you draggy and sleepy mid morning without the protein to off set them.
    For a snack at the convenience store reach for nuts or cheese/peanut butter crax. Love the posting and the return to posting. Keep it up!!! Love you
