I am trying to keep track of what I need to be eating.  I got my test results back today.  Bad cholesterol is elevated, Good cholesterol is low, triglycerides are elevated.  NO diabetes; No anemia; Thyroid is a bit off;  Vitmn D is about half what it should be.  White blood cells are elevated, however I was taking steroids for bronchitis, sinus, and ear infections when I did the blood work.  Blood was retested today to confirm that is the reason for the elevation in white blood cells.  All other numbers are normal.  I weighed in 3 pounds lighter today then 2 weeks ago when I did the blood work.  My weight needs to come down.   So back to the plan that we have been working on all this week and last week.   Still not sure of why I am bruising, she thinks the vitmn D will make the difference with that.  Basically I need to go back to the basics and work on this.

 I created myself a journal of sorts to help keep track of how much I am eating in a day.  I looked up a 2000 cal diet and based my pages off of that.
