my legs are jello, but I need to do this.  The headaches are off and on.  I spend too much time inactive.

lunch- 2 ham sandwiches
snack - raisins
dinner - 2 pieces of chicken
snack- ice cream

3 water
diet coke.

Breakfast - chocolate and peanut butter shake, coffee

lunch - ham sandwich, sugar snap peas, diet coke

snack - sm plate of cheese frys
dinner- 3 hot dogs with bread, diet coke
3 water
snack - sm bowl of rice chex

Mon 11/1/10

Breakfast - coffee, peanut butter and chocolate slim fast shake (8am)

CRACK - HALLOWEEN CANDY, threw it away after I indulged.  So I can't do that again!!!!(10:30)

lunch- 2 ham sandwiches(2:pm)

dinner - grilled steak, mashed potatoes, green beans

3 bottles of water, several diet cokes

cleaned house all day long!
