Oct 6

breakfast - 3 cups coffee, 1 bowl rice crispies
1 diet coke can
lunch - 2 cups mac and cheese with tuna, 1 can diet coke
snack - 1/2 bag of popcorn, protein shake
dinner, potatoes salad, brisket sandwich, water

Rode Bobby's bike briefly, around the house.  Walked down the street and around corner and back.  I will get my pedometer out tomorrow and get a measurement of how far that is.  Going to try and set up my exercise bike out on the patio.
