Sun Food

7:30 morning meds
1 bowl grape nut flakes with milk, 1 can diet coke
8:45 multivitamin , 1 bottle of water
12:30 double cheese burger
3:00 2 bottles of water
sleepy and headache, headache pills,
4:00 1 bottle of water, 1 200 cal shake, banana
5:45 1 banana, 1 can diet coke
7:30 Steamed broccoli, rice with brown gravy, and country fried pork steak, 1 diet coke

It is water for me the rest of the evening.  I will take my night meds around 10 when I go to bed.

I added one a day multi vitamin I know I should be taking one but I haven't so I added one to my line up.  I cannot however take it with my thyroid medicine which I take of a morning.  My doc says at least an hour after the thyroid pill before taking anything else.  That allows the thyroid pill to start working before adding anything else.
Tonight was the first night we tried the new menu plan.  Very impressive, very filling, and delicious!  I am working on drinking more water and cutting down on the diet soda.   I am also cutting out a lot of the snacking and trying to eat more meals rather than snacks.  I don't feel as tired  as I have been being, other than mid afternoon, and I had a horrible headache today.   For the most part the headaches are better as long as I stay away from sugar.  I am not processing it very well.  I am hypoglycemic, I just have been bad at watching what I eat.  I have every excuse in the book.  Life is busy, we don't have time, I am to tired with remodeling, The kids needed me, so on and so on.  I am working on changes, it is amazing to me how hard habits are to change.  I am trying, and I will succeed.
