8:30 2 cups of coffee with creamer, 1 bowl grape nut flakes with milk
9:30 multivitamin
10:45 started 3rd bottle of water
1:00 1/2 can diet coke, rice, tuna, cheese, mixed vegetables.
I feel great lots of energy, no headache
2:00 5th bottle of water
3:00 2 cans of diet coke
6:30 2 slices of stuffed pizza, 1 diet coke
8:30 1 can diet coke
11:30 night meds
overall great day, felt really good, lots of energy, no headaches
Tue 8/3
7:30 morning meds
8:30 bowl of chex with milk
9:30 1 can diet coke
fast hard cleaning of house- about 1.5 hours
1:00 2 servings of spaghetti, lots of garlic cheesy bread
very sleepy, and tired
1 bottle of water
walked around Dallas Museum of Art, lots of walking about 1.5 hours
route 44 diet coke from Sonic
6:30 Ham sandwich
8:30 chocolate ice cream
very tired all day, headache in afternoon. just totally exhausted.
