8:00 Morning Meds
8:30 2 cups coffee with creamer; 1 bowl cheerios with milk
very sleepy
10:15 took 30 minute nap
11:15 ibuprofen &sutafed
12:30 3 poached eggs, 3 slices buttered toast, 2 cans diet coke
3:30 15 almonds, 200 cal protein shake, 1 diet coke
6:00 Headache
6:30 Wendy's new BLT Cob salad with 2 packets of avocado ranch dressing,
9:30 water
11:00 night meds
Been very sleepy all day, kicked out of it after my salad.
Walked around walmart 3 times pushing heavy grocery cart.
