7:30 morning meds
8:00 1 banana, 1 egg, 1 croissant, 1 can diet coke
10:30 1 cup coffee with creamer,
slight headache
12:00 2 swiss cheese and tuna salad sandwiches, 1 can diet coke
3:00 1 can diet coke
4:45 1 can diet coke
7:00 2 grilled hamburgers with cheese, mustard and bread
8:00 1 can diet coke
11:00 night meds.
Friday 7/30
7:30 morning meds
8:30 2 bowls of life cereal with milk, 1 can diet coke
1:00 350 cal lean cuisine frozen dinner, 1 can diet coke
feeling slightly hungry
3:30 200 cal protein shake, 1 can diet coke
4:30 1/2 of small recesses blast from sonic,( bought out of habit, but really wasn't hungry so I threw it away.), Route 44 diet coke from Sonic
feeling very hungry
8:30 1/2 of a supreme max baked potato from McAlister's Deli; 4 bites of key lime pie from McAlisters; 1/2 a regular diet coke.
11:30 Night meds , bottle of water
Have been very sleepy all day, but more so after breakfast and sonic.
