I took the month of December off of blogging. I am still loosing and I am still watching what I eat. Life was hectic and I wasn't always on track. Tomorrow part of the kids go back to school, the others go back on Wednesday. I started going to WW meetings. I needed extra support, and accountability.
I have only missed 2 meetings through the holiday's. I feel so much better. I was amazed that I was so much more aware of my eating, and snacking. I did fairly good, but I did slip up a bit, but I knew I was doing. And made a decision to enjoy the snack. I am looking forward to getting back in the gym on Thursday, and back to WW on Wednesday.
