Friday and Saturday I didn't eat very well, and didn't write down what I ate. Sunday I at much better. Friday I ran errends all day. Saturday I walked 3/4 of a mile to the parade, and 3/4 of a mile back to the car. Then Sat evening I walked about 1.5 miles around an outdoor Christmas Festival. I talked with a lady at Church Sunday, she is a Weight Watchers instructor, which means that to be an instructor, she had to made her weightloss goals. It was really encouraging.
Today is Monday I have been to the gym. I did 12 minutes on the elliptical, and 12 minutes on the tread mill. I have a pounding headache and decided to to do the bike. I have drank 3 bottles of water and a cup of coffee this morning, so dehydration shouldn't be an issue. I had eggs for breakfast. I have taken something. The workout is getting easier for me.
