I ate great on Saturday, Sunday, and part of Monday. My parents were in. I only made the gym 1 day last week. Monday evening I pretty much fell off the wagon. I really enjoyed the spaghetti and garlic bread. Today I started off great, then it kinda bombed around lunch. I was stuck running errands with the kids, and ran through a drive through. I came home and slept all afternoon! You would think I would remember these things when I run through a drive through. I will pick my self up and shake myself off and start again!
Routines are huge. It is much easier to stay on track when my routine is consistent. I am working at putting it back in place. My routine gives me direction, and guidance.
I am looking forward to getting back to the gym tomorrow.
