Worked all day on kitchen cabinets and visiting with my in laws. I was right on track until they left the house, then all I wanted to do was eat, so I had some ww ice cream. After the ice cream I was still on track with my points. I actually didn't go over until later in the evening. We stayed up watching tv really late and I got munchy, and ate 2 small pieces of pizza. I guess that is where the late night not eating goal comes into play, when I am tired and not really thinking about what I am doing. This may sound funny, but writing this down and knowing that I am accountable to others makes me realize some of my bad habits. Wow this is so revealing.
