Breakfast - coffee, peanut butter and chocolate slim fast shake (8am)
CRACK - HALLOWEEN CANDY, threw it away after I indulged. So I can't do that again!!!!(10:30)
lunch- 2 ham sandwiches(2:pm)
dinner - grilled steak, mashed potatoes, green beans
3 bottles of water, several diet cokes
cleaned house all day long!
