Breakfast - sausage egg and cheese croissant
Snack - box of raisins
lunch - steamed broccoli, pork loin, cooked potatoes
Supper - hamburger strogonoff, pees
snack banana fudge sunday

Not snacking as much, feeling better, really need to work on the water

Spending more time walking around outside!
