Tue and Wed Food

Tue
morning meds
1 cup decaf coffee with creamer, 1 bowl rice chex with 2% milk, 1 can caffeine free diet coke
lunch
350 cal frozen dinner
headache and very sleepy - in deep thought about what Mark said in office, about how bad I am eating and how much I have to loose in life, if I don't make major changes.
3:00 1 can caffeine free diet coke
4:00 20 almonds, 200 cal milk shake, 1 can of caffeine free diet coke -
really bored... nothing to do
5:30  30 tortilla chips, 1 can caf free diet coke, pounding headache- took headache meds
7:30 pork chops with potatoes, onion, carrot and cream of mushroom soup mixed, 4 small pieces of watermelon
bottle of water
feeling great, full but not to much, really happy
2 bottles of water
night meds

wore my new tenny shoes they are like shape ups, really made me crazy wearing them, felt funny and I think made me walk funny.  Really don't like them, they make my calves and ankles hurt

lunch 2 turkey sandwiches, no cheese, heavy on turkey, 1 can caff diet coke
4:00 route 44 sprite zero with cherry
7:30 hamb helper beef strogonofff, and peas,
3 bottles of water
night meds

Knee really bothering me, very down, because it hurts so much.  can't put weight on it.  went to bed early, with ibuprofen for the knee.  Did a lot of walking at kids school in my sandles.  By the time I got home I could barely walk let alone drive.  My knew very swollen and tender.

  1. Hope you are starting to feel better. You need to get some protien into breakfast anong with a carb and add a midmorning snack - small one. Try adding an afternoon snack maybe a protein and a carb say maybe a fruit and serving of almonds or cheese and crackers. Watch the time on your snacks and keep them at about the same time everyday and maybe a small reward or treat after supper or at bedtime like jello with 1 tablespoon of coolwhip on top or a small fruit serving or a lowfat low sugar icecream.
    Going from lots of food to hardly any is going to be as hard as cutting out all caffine, salt, sugar and beef at the same time NOT PRETTY
