Having an off day. I have eaten very well until I got home this evening after church activities. I then ate chips and queso, and a bunch of almonds. You win some .... you loose some.

I went back today and put in my food from yesterday. I still came in under my points. Wow I am so impressed. I have learned to eat less portions. It makes a really big difference!
