Great day! I went to water aerobics this morning. I have really been missing it. Felt great to be back in the pool. I had poached eggs and toast for breakfast. I had a weight watchers meal for lunch. I have snacked on cheese today, along with 1 muscle milk. For dinner I had sausage quesadilla's, from scratch, with carrots and broccoli. I feel absolutely stuffed. I have have had no head ache today!
I weighed in this morning I am down another pound. I finished off my day with 9.5 points left for today. Really was an awesome day.
Goal for tomorrow: Drink more water!
