Most of the week I have been so busy with back to school, stuff.
I am learning so very much about me and my eating habits. Therapy on Thursday was very good. I have started seeing some of the reasons why I eat the way that I do. I am learning a lot about myself in this process. I have not been to the gym this week, but I have been wearing my pedimeter and trying to work more
I have been struggling with my eating and with logging my food after around 4 or so. I have changed some of my eating habits. I have started drinking muscle milk in the afternoons. It really helps me get through the evenings. I also started the recommended supplements, I think they are helping. Still adjusting to one of them, I think I need to take it before dinner otherwise it upsets my tummy.

I have not gained anything but have not lost in 2 weeks either. I am very grateful that I have not gained considering that I have struggled so much on my eating.
Talked with my mother last night, about meal planning and my eating problems. She suggested that when I plan my menu's I also figure up the points and amounts for each menu item, and write them on the menu. This will make things easier. I also gathered some suggestions about snacks and making better choices.
