Day 15, Recap of the frist 15

Today I was challenged to create a special blog for my weight loss journey. I know this will be a difficult and long journey. I am ready to make the changes I need to live a happy and healthy life.

July 15, 2009 I joined "LA Fitness".
July 15, 2009 I joined "Weight Watchers"
July 15, 2009 I weighed 328 pounds.
July 15, 2009 I am wearing a size 32 womans.

I am learning a lot about myself and my eating habits. I am a stress, emotional and boredom eater.

With weight watchers I get 39 points a day of food, I am also learning to drink water. I am struggling with giving up the diet pepsi. I currently drink approximately 2 - 12 packs a week.

I will track my goals, my points and my activity here.

  1. You CAN do this. You have set your mind to this and it will happen. It just takes a little time to get in a groove. I am proud of you and I will help in any way that I can, just tell me what you need.
